The CareKate Pocket Card is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — it installs directly from your browser with no app store required. Follow the steps below for your device.
📱 iPhone (Safari)
- Open Safari and navigate to the Pocket Card URL
- Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen (the box with an arrow pointing up)
- Scroll down in the share sheet and tap “Add to Home Screen”
- Confirm the name and tap “Add” in the upper right
The CareKate Pocket Card icon will appear on your home screen and open as a full-screen app.
Note: This only works in Safari on iPhone. Chrome and other iOS browsers do not support home screen installation.
🤖 Android (Chrome)
- Open Chrome and navigate to the Pocket Card URL
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the upper right corner
- Tap “Add to Home Screen” or “Install App”
- Confirm by tapping “Add” or “Install”
The CareKate Pocket Card icon will appear on your home screen and open as a full-screen app.
Note: The menu option may say “Install App” or “Add to Home Screen” depending on your Android version.
